Mobile Alerts

Registering for SCCU’s FREE mobile alerts gives you additional peace of mind by instantly alerting you to potentially fraudulent activity in your online banking. Alerts may be set up to arrive as a text on your mobile phone or through your email address, or both. Simply log into online banking and choose any or all of the alerts below:

New! Members enrolled in our complimentary online banking Alerts will soon automatically enjoy additional online security with two new alerts:
The first will notify you if an Alert is modified or deleted. The second will notify you if your contact preference has changed.

Online Banking Log-In: You will be notified when someone has logged into your online banking.

New INTERAC e-Transfer® recipient: You will be notified if an e-Transfer recipient is added to your online banking account.

New Bill Payee: You will be notified if a bill payment vendor is added to your online banking account, alerting you to an unauthorized user setting up a payee.

Personal Access Code (PAC) has Changed: You will be notified if your online banking password has changed.

Account Locked Out: You will be notified when your account is locked out due to an incorrect answer to a security question.

Enhanced Personal Message: You will be notified when you receive a personal message from us in online banking.

E-statements

Opt out of receiving your mailed statement today and begin next month paper-free! Simply log on to MemberDirect® Online Service and select Statement Preference under My Accounts.

A FREE service, e-statements are an electronic version of your hard copy mailed statement. When you choose to opt-out of your mailed statement, you reduce the risk of mail fraud, receive your statement faster, help protect the environment, eliminate clutter, and have access to a seven-year archive of your full financial picture beginning November 2008.

Mobile web is simply online banking optimized for your mobile phone. Access your MemberDirect® Online Service from a smartphone by visiting www.sunshineccu.com/m.

With mobile web, you can securely do all the things you can currently do in online banking such as pay bills, transfers funds, check balances, view transactions, find a branch or nearby ATM.

All you need is a touch-tone phone and your personal access code (PAC) to check account balances and transactions, transfer funds, review loan details, confirm term deposit maturity and next interest payment dates, and pay bills.
